5.1. If you are not satisfied with a Product, you may return it to BonitaWax within 15 days of receipt for a refund, subject to the following conditions:

(a) The Product must be in its original packaging and unused;

(b) You must contact BonitaWax customer service to obtain a return authorization number before returning the Product;

(c) You must pay the shipping and handling charges for the return of the Product.

5.2. Refunds will be processed within 3 days of receipt of the returned Product, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

6.Limitation of Liability
