Shipping & Returns

At BonitaWax, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased from us, please review our return policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

1.1. Only products purchased directly from BonitaWax may be returned to us.

1.2. Custom orders are not eligible for returns.

Timeframe for Returns

2.1. Products must be returned within 15 days of receipt.

2.2. Products must be in their original packaging, unused and in the same condition as they were when you received them.

Refunds and Exchanges

3.1. If you are eligible for a return, you may choose to receive a refund or exchange for the product(s).

3.2. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

3.3. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement product to you.

Return Process

4.1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at bonitawax@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization number (RMA).

4.2. Please include the RMA number in the package with the returned product(s).

4.3. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product(s) back to BonitaWax.

Products not Eligible for Returns

5.1. We do not accept returns for products that have been used or opened.

5.2. We do not accept returns for products that have been damaged due to customer misuse, abuse, or neglect.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

1.1. All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days from the date the order is placed.

1.2. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

2.2. We offer standard shipping, which typically takes 5-7 business days, and expedited shipping, which typically takes 2-3 business days.

2.3. Shipping times may vary based on your location, shipping carrier delays, and other factors beyond our control.

2.4. All shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout.

Delivery

3.1. We ship to addresses within the United States and Canada only.

3.2. We are not responsible for any shipping delays, lost or stolen packages, or any other shipping-related issues once the package has been picked up by the carrier.

3.3. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your shipment, please contact the carrier directly.

Order Tracking

4.1. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

4.2. You can track your order by clicking on the tracking number link in the confirmation email or by logging into your account on our website.

Order Changes or Cancellation

5.1. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

5.2. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once the order has been processed.
